Masu Sushi & Robata

It was a busy Saturday, but the estimated time wait of 45 minutes was cut to 30 minutes which was great! We were immediately seated. The server was friendly, but I wish they checked tables more often as we waited long to order food, get a spoon, and our water jug was empty without a refill. The food portions are small for their price, but overall the food tastes good and appealing plating.

Always kind service and accommodating to me and my family. Food has never disappointed. A favorite spot of ours.

Really disappointed. Waiter never gave us a pitcher of water and never gave us part of our order until a half hour passed. Also took our food without asking if we were done. When we asked for the manager, he told us the manager would be a long while. Sad this place had such great reviews. He went on to say sorry, that the place was just too busy. He was completely sarcastic throughout the entire encounter. It really made for a bad night when all the other tables had their food, and we walked in before them. Regardless, this place is obviously under staffed.

We had the pork belly Ramen and a mushroom bowl with noodles. It was AMAZING. Fantastic service from Harley P and such a nice, clean restaurant. The prices were very decent for the serving portions.

No real variety of food. Most places offer at least one non seafood item. Staff however was very polite
