This is the only remaining international boundary marker within the United States, placed in 1841 to mark the border between the United States (Louisiana) and the Republic of Texas. There is a sizable dirt parking area and plenty of shade for picnicking, although there are no picnic tables or trash cans. Be sure you know where you're going because cell service is very spotty in the area.
