If I could give no star I would. My mother was left in a pile of feces for an hour. She called for assistance and due to “shift change” the cna left her there. I had to call the nursing home (I live in California) to get someone to help her. I will be contacting the supervisor on Monday because apparently they don’t have one on staff during the weekend!
