Holiday World of Las Cruces

What a fair and helpful business! A friend traveling in a truck camper with us accidently locked her upper lock. Her dealer told her it was usually universal (the bottom one is specific to the trailer) and any RV dealer could probably open it. The parts man did so with a smile and wouldn't take payment! How very courteous! Thanks again!

Mike Bevz the salesman was absolutely wonderful! I would give him 5 stars however the review is for Mr. Camacho the sales MANAGER who completely dropped the ball on a deal my parents made on a travel trailer. Mr Camacho also doesn't seem too concerned on losing deals. Made the sale Friday morning was supposed to pick up on following Monday just to be told the trailer had already been sold. Mr. Camacho admitted to not doing his job but was eager to take my parents money for down payment. Mr. Camacho did offer a remedy, but only a remedy that was in his favor. He offered nothing remotely comparable to the trailer my parents made the deal on. Bottom line is...don't come to Holiday World Las Cruces unless you like the possibility of being disappointed and dissatisfied

the facility is nice with a good selection of rvs ,friendly staff. There maintanance department unskilled I blame it on management. I bought the extended warranty but its only good at holiday world . I have a slide issue brough in under warrenty 3 times they couldn't fix , I'm now stuck with the same dealer with the same issue. If i had know this was happening at las cruses camping world I would have gone somewhere else.

Its been a little over a month since we got our Vintage Cruiser. We had a plan when we came into the lot. However Brent Smith listened to what we had to say, about what we wanted, what we liked and who we were. Brent guided us to the cruiser and we changed our minds (or rather discovered what we really wanted). Brent, after the sale, stayed in touch with us to ensure we were satisfied and was ready to answer any questions for these first time RV'ers. Great staff all the way and great job Brent. Thanks y'all for allowing us to be part of the Holiday World family!

Went thru initial orientation. Brought rating paper out and I gave them 5 stars. Big Mistake, They told me they filled fresh water tank with water so I would have fresh water. I told them I wanted to see water run out each faucet and shower. The plug wasn't even in water heater. Antifreeze ran out of the faucets. They were sending us out . Couldn't get cable TV to work. Went back, I'm only staying 100 yds from dealer. They couldn't send someone to check it out. Had to run cable through door for NFL Playoffs. So far not great service ,had camper 2 days. Will post more later
