Kay's RV

Personally I think I'll get better prices on a website or by shopping around but not unreasonable. I just wouldn't make major purchases here. Maby good to buy parts though. Neutral rating.

We just recently bought a great rv through Kays and not only were they very friendly they also helped us with installing a new hitch on our truck. They treat you like your family, even though you just met and drove 4 and 1/2 hours to do business with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal or if they need maintenance done on an rv.

Wow! Kay is easily the best vendor of any sort I've dealt with in years. I work in television as a designer for commercials and I spend hundreds of thousands into millions of dollars a year (of other people's money) on goods and services as well as my own purchases. Point being, I deal with all sorts of vendors all across the country and have sadly come to expect very little in terms of customer service. Kay has given me hope that there are still are honest, customer driven businesses out there. From my first communication to driving off the lot with my new to me travel trailer, and even beyond, Kay has been an honest and fair retailer. She honestly cares about her customers and is very knowledgeable in all things RV. A side note: I drove from Austin, TX. to Moriarty, NM. To get the exact travel trailer I wanted based on my preliminary talks with Kay, it was very worth it. While my needs were a little more specific, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kay's RV to anyone. My Excel 5th wheel (a well respected brand) was still challenging to sell, since the company went bankrupt in 2015. After trying for 3 months on my own, I took it to Kay’s, and it sold in just over a month at a realistic net price for me. I was highly impressed with her RV knowledge, marketing skills, and honesty. Kay treats both buyers and sellers fairly and is a straight shooter - no unpleasant surprises. She does her best to make sure each RV is in good condition before sale. I highly recommend her whether you’re buying or selling!
