The customer service provided by Houston Party Boats is BAR NONE! I didn't even know that customer service like I received, still existed! I have been incredibly impressed by how easy it was to speak to Captain Jim and how excited he was to share the adventure with my family. His goal is to be sure that everyone is not only satisfied, but excited about such a fun experience.

This boat was amazing really enjoyed it they have the best customer service it was very ralaxed ride nice scenery!
