Planet Wow!

Starts right on time. Friendly staff. Keeps things moving. Party room ready before we got there. Party for my 3yr old, he and his friends loved it. Adults had a lot of fun as well. Will go back for sure

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves here! Been here a few times so our daughter can play and also birthday invites. She likes it so much we plan on her and our baby boy birthdays being here!

I love everything about Planet Wow. The manager that day was amazing, and made my first experience there great. I was able to jump with the kids and we all had fun. It was great, we had the rooms to ourselves, maybe because it was a Sunday. Both rooms had a lot of inflatables, the kids loved that the lights went off in Arena 1. They won't stop bugging me to go back. :)

Called to see about booking my son's birthday party and the lady, Arada, was rude and talked in a condescending tone while rushing through my questions. I was asking specific questions based on the website - which mind you is all someone has to go by; her response at one point, and I quote "I don't know what's on the website - ugh let me check", in a sighing manner. I got off the phone feeling like this might not be a good idea. Came to Google to look thoroughly at the reviews, and yeah I'm steering clear of this place. If you look at the reviews, I'm conscious to know that everyone has different experiences, but look at the responses from the company - WOW. If they are willing to respond in that manner to someone giving them feedback, that's unfortunate. I'll certainly take my business else where.

The manager and employees were great!!!! The only complaint is that they need new inflatables. You could see where the stitches came out and air was coming out of them and also they have rips where the ropes are.
