Pump It Up

I hosted a party for my 5 year old nephew here on 2/3/18. It was not the best place to host a party. The jumping area had a foul odor, there was total lack of communication between the staff and me as far as coordinating. I wasn't allowed any time to set up cake or party decorations, even though the staff said I would be able to do this. The gifts are not even in the party room, just bagged up in the back until end of party, horrible! Staff wasn't very helpful with serving pizza, cake and drinks. This is not worth the money spent. At the end of the party, the lady at front desk was very unprofessional, rude, and had no regard for customer service. We were told to take our own cart to the car and if we didn't bring cart back, they would charge us! This place is nothing but a nightmare!!!!!! Do not host a party here, owner will not call you back, and manager is not helpful at all, just kept making excuses for the lady at front desk and basically made me feel like I was the problem. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Pump It Up didn't even respond. Basically, I feel that this is too much money spent for this kind of treatment and issues.

Went here for my nephews glow birthday party and had a great time with the kids clean place nice staff and the inflatable were alot of fun for kids and adults.

I been having my daughters party's here for years, and they love it. The Staff keeps the stress off of you and does practically everything.

I'm sad to see the bad reviews for PIU. I know the time and expense we give to make sure our children have the perfect birthday parties they deserve. I recently hosted my daughter's 4th birthday party here and I had a wonderful experience. I too, was a little leery to have my daughter's party here due to the bad reviews I read. I discussed the reviews with my party planner and she reassured me PIU will do their best to make sure we have a great experience. I have never visited this place so I was anxious the day of the party. I wasn't happy that I was not able to go into my party room until my designated time. I admit, I am your typical "pinterest mom" and I like the decorations to be perfect. I honestly didn't trust the staff to set up the decor as I wanted it. To my surprise they did a great job! They even offered their own suggestions and together we made the room perfect for cake time. If you are like me, and want to set up your own decor, just ask your party coordinator to let you in the room asap. As soon as it's available they'll show you how they set it up and you have plenty of time to make any last minute changes. I also read a lot of reviews about the poor customer service. This makes me sad because we as parents, go so above and beyond to make this day perfect. I can't say enough how extraordinary the staff was! Yes, they are young and yes the pictures they took weren't perfect, but who do you really expect to be working weekend at a children's party facility? I had 3 female party coordinators who did an excellent job decorating my room and involving me in the process. The young man who managed the room where the children played on the inflatables spoke very loudly and enthusiastically so the children can hear him. I didn't give the facility 5 stars because I paid for the ultimate package to include the glow in the dark necklaces and I wasn't that impressed with it. Other than that, we had a great day. My daughter had a blast with her friends and the professional staff was very kind and helpful throughout the entire party. Thank you PIU!
