Pump It Up

I am only giving one star because that is the minimum. I would suggest avoiding this place if at all possible. The epitome of a uncaring get em and get em out attitude. They could not wait to kick us out exactly on time by starting to take everything down 30 minutes beforehand. They announced 15 minutes into Pizza that there will be no more pizza because we were the last before they close. When we were kicked out, and yes that is how it felt like too, the Homeless looking people that were hanging around the employees waiting for us to leave unlike everybody attending, they all had Pizza in boxes waiting for us to get the heck out . Rude rude rude. And so freaking expensive you would think it would be better but it it is a piss poor application to a pretty good idea.

This is an amazing place to take your kids for a great time. And the staff is wonderful with kids. They really make the experience unforgettable

It was cool up until the staff threw my sister's keys in the trash and then lied about it. But we had fun other than that!

Everyone had a good time at the party. Grown ups included. Definitely recommend having your party here.

I just recently had my sons party here Saturday . Over all the kids had fun, but when it came to me setting up and waiting for them to tell me when I can decorate, they were standing around talking the whole time. So i had to approach them several times and finally within the hour of the kids jumping I was able to setup in the party room, to be rushed! I was rushed the whole time of the party and I felt that if you slowed me down from doing things and setting up what I need to setup we should have more time, and on top of that we didn’t get the goodie bags in our package, although they didn’t charge us, it was the fact that they were trying to be sneaky about it, until I confronted them about it. So we won’t be coming back.
