Howard's Prestige Cleaners

After reading a few bad reviews I was hesitant to bring my shirts in but since they’re so close to my house I decided to give them a shot. My experience was pleasant to say the least. The girl behind the counter was very nice to talk to and I didn’t experience any of the things I had read in some of the negative reviews. I’m giving them all 5 stars for friendliness, convenience, price and promptness. I will definitely return.

Expensive but they do a good job. Messed up on one of my dresses though or I'd give them 5 stars

Needed my suit ready Monday morning for a last mi it’s interview and all other places told em they couldn’t do it, being it was Friday after 4. But at Howard’s they got the job done for me!

Drove from Shelton to get my custom made silk shirts cleaned by the best I could find by searching online (I thought). The price was over $21 to clean two silk shirts and a blazer. I told them no rush as I wouldn't be back for a week or two. When I went to pick them up, I'm glad I inspected them before I left because one button was broken and another was missing on one of my brand new shirts. The lady kindly offered to fix it on the spot and was very creative in moving one of the cuff buttons to the front so the two cuff buttons would match. Nonetheless, I couldn't help but think how upset I'd be if I had driven all the way back to Shelton before noticing (I don't get to Oly much). For the price they should at least briefly inspect the pieces out of the machine before bagging (and again it was not a rush job.) I probably won't go back, mostly because of the distance and cost. If I lived closer I might have given it another shot. The actual cleaning job was good and they were good about fixing the issue immediately.

After learning Brenda is no longer employed here I will not be returning. It's a circus, or a zoo now! She was the only knowledgeable and professional lady there! Always made you feel important and always had a "perfect" day ☹️ When my wife informed me she was gone we made the decision to go elsewhere
