Fourth Plain One Hour Dry Cleaning

I love this place. He brings the clothes out to the car. I won’t ever go anywhere else 🙂

Horrible service, first and last time that visit this business. Recently moved to Vancouver and needed to find a new dry cleaner for my coats. Took one of my coats in and when I got it back it was clean yes but with a lot of lint all over and little strings pull from it and it was rough not soft just rough. I had my dry cleaner from Tigard that had done my coats for many years and never had this issue. I went back so they can correct it and the owner basically told me he could not do anything about it. He said to use a tape roller and do it myself. He said if he did that for all the coats he would have to charge $60. I told him that my with my previous dry cleaner in Tigard never had an issue with this and that maybe he was missing a technique. To this he basically told me to go back to my old dry cleaner. Horrible experience would not recommend going here at all.

The people here are nice, and they have your clothes done by the end of the day, if you bring them in early. For those of you complaining that it is "not really one hour" "One hour cleaning" is a term from the fifties and it refers to not using harsh chemicals AND having the cleaning facilities on site. Complaining about it not really being one hour, would be like writing a negative review on Motel6 because the price is not six dollars.

This is not a 1 hour dry cleaner, it is a same day service cleaner. Owner was rude, told me it was a onehour cleaner but has to be dropped off at 8 am and he will call me at some point in the day to pick it up....wait...what??? He became hostile and then agreed to do it this one time... I'm not leaving my $800 suit with someone who has a bad attitude, poor customer service, and actually thinks he's doing me a favor by following his own advertising.... there are better places in Vancouver.
