I’ve taken very expensive sweaters here because it’s convenient, but never again. The last time was a week ago and it looks and smells like they didn’t even clean it. I tried to explain to the counter person when I dropped it off that it needed a bit of extra cleaning around the collar...she looked at me like “whatever” and it felt like I was wasting her time by inconveniencing her with my business. When I picked up my sweater it looked as dirty as when I dropped it off and it was completely stretched out. I’ve also had a sweater in the past come back with a hole. This place is also more expensive then any other cleaners in the area and the Christian rock music they were playing when I was there is offensive. I recommend going anywhere for dry cleaning but this place.

My wife had her wedding dress altered and cleaned here. The owner did a wonderful job in such a short notice. We go here for all of our alteration needs. Great service.

I went in with 21 shirts to dry clean and 7 shirts to launder. They took it upon themselves, despite having my phone number, to dry clean everything. The initial charge was 75 dollars, then because of their decision, not mine, I was charged an additional 30 dollars. Never will I return, and be warned when you use this company. 30 extra dollars is no simple whoopsie, that’s a lot of money to me, I should have been more forceful in my refusal to pay. I can’t change contracts in the middle of a job where I work, why should they be able to?

My niece was visiting from Canada and had her prom dress dry cleaned. Some intricate bead work got broken in the process. I was so upset becasue the dress had belonged to her great grandmother and we had just had the beading sewn on to update it a bit. The owner did everything possible to rectify the situation. We bought some new bead work (the owner even offered to drive to the store and get it for us), the store reimbursed us the expense of the new piece, and had their seamstresses sew it back on the same day so the dress could go back up to Canada the next day. I feel that was everything she could possibly do to fix a bad situation. My niece was even happier with the new piece. Happy ending!

I just called after reading reviews that they work with people on short notice. I guess not so much anymore. Turnaround time is six days, which is fine if your zipper didn't break two days before an event.
They also should look into training the phone girl, who is very apparently 15. If I ask "I need it by Wednesday, is that too short notice?" The response isn't "Our turn around time *gum smacking over the phone* is six days. So, yeah." ...I mean I guess that answers the question?
