Phenomenal customer service!!  

I live in Seattle but often get my dry cleaning done when I come home to Yakima. They do a great job for half the price I pay on the west side.

Most recently, I forgot to pick up my clothes before they closed for the holiday.  I contacted the owner, Gerald, and, amazingly enough, he met me at the store on New Year’s Day.  The best part, though, is he was happy to help, despite the fact it was one of his rare days off.  I was blown away by his customer service.  He even talked Hawks and Mariners with me.  He is a great guy!  I can not recommend Yakima Dry Cleaners highly enough!

Very expensive and clothes smell heavily of chemicals after cleaning.
