Morrell's@Stadium Dry Cleaners

I've had my fair share of horrible dry cleaning expirences in the past, but this place takes the cake. I would give negative stars if it were possible. I was apprehensive, so I started with a red dress I wasn't incredibly fond of the first time I went, and none of the stains were removed! I took it home, gave it to my grandma and they were gone within the hour. What a place, can't even remove stains my grandma(who has never been in the industry) removed like it was nothing. A group of collegues coaxed me to give this joke a second try, so I did. I made the mistake of taking a couple of my favorite items in, MY ABSOLUTE favorite shirt-Vine Camuto, I paid $88 plus tax just for the shirt, along with some other treasured items(yes my favorite wardrobe staple pieces mean that much too me), thinking surely this is easy enough, there are no stains, they just need to be cleaned. Wow was I wrong! I moved away from the location, so every time I stopped by they were closed. The first time I called I was assured by a woman that spoke clear English(so there is absolutely no way I misunderstood her) that clothes were held no matter what for at least 2 years but usually 3, I laughed and said I would make it before then. They called me, and I again explained the situation, the woman said she would put a note on my items so there would be no issue. They stated they called me multiple times, but I just went through my phone records- funny enough I have no missed calls in the time frame they alleged to have contacted me. Hm that's pretty odd, especially since I made a third call myself without prompting, because I really wanted to make sure they did not do ANYTHING with MY EXPENSIVE and FAVORITE ITEMS, and was greeted with a rude woman who stated, yes they are here. This was, according to my phone carrier records, JUST LAST MONTH. I have all recipets, for everything, and notes on my calendars the days I called. I hope the owner has some shred of dignity and at least replaces the Vince shirt, I am beyond disappointed not only with their obvious lack of commcation, as I called multiple times and was promised safe clothing, and told to "take me time", but also the fault is being placed on me, ?AGAIN AFTER COMMUNICATING MULTPLE TIMES, yes I did wait much longer than I would have liked to go pick them up because work. But I called, and called, and called. Do not go here. Paid to have nothing done to my first dress besides make a trip to grandmas and I do not want to think about the money lost on my forced donation of my favorite clothes.

My wife and I needed our suits dry cleaned last minute. They were very accommodating and had them done the same day at a very reasonable price. I’m new to the area and will definitely use their services again.

I first specifically asked that they do whatever they can to remove stains from the clothes. Upon pick up, they were still visibly there -- the clothes just looked steamed. The 40-something looking male politely offered to remove them at no charge, but the older woman with the glasses was incredibly rude. She waved her hand in my face in the most confrontational way, but stopped when I gave her a "do that one more time and see what happens" look.

Called to ask about alteration services. Was told that I can come by until 7 pm. Came at 2.30 and the person was gone! They didn't even apologized! Awful customer service!
