Very unreliable service. I dropped off my son's only suit on Thursday. I informed the owner that I needed it back on Saturday as our family had an important family function to attend on Sunday that required dress wear. The owner agreed with the arrangement. I arrived on time Saturday afternoon before closing and my son's unwashed suit was still on his floor in a heap of dirty clothes. He had forgotten and hadn't even started the cleaning process so I left his place with the dirty suit. It was too late for me to rescue the situation. My son loves wearing his suit to dress up occasions and he was the only person among us who didn't wear a suit to our formal family function. My son was a decent sport about having to wear clean jeans with his shirt and tie instead of his regular suit, although he was very disappointed. I will never trust this dry cleaning service ever again. I wish someone had warned me. I am posting this to advise others to please beware!

Went to drop off a few shirts while on vacation. Pickup in one week!?! Absolutely not.
