One star is probably being too kind. First off, the customer service was terrible. I was not greeted in a friendly manner at all. I came in with my favorite coat and a dress that needed cleaning. The coat was missing a few buttons, which I had with me, and another was about to come off. I asked they be sewn back on "very securely". I had a specific request so that they were reinforced on and wouldn't come back off. She said "ok", gave me the bottom portion of my ticket and told me I was done and that she would finish writing the instructions. I was like, "ok, you got all that?". When I returned a week later, I was charged exactly the same price for a dress as I was for a heavy coat. I thought that was odd. But I was most concerned about the buttons. As I looked at the work, I realized one button was only safety pinned on. Another was half-assed sewn back on and still dangling. And the third button that was about to fall off hadn't even been touched. The woman seemed confused and said that I could leave it longer if I wanted. My response was "no, this is not the kind of workmanship I am looking for. Thank you." I will never return to this place again.
