Dave's Econ-O-Wash & Dry Cleaning

I just had the worst customer service experience of my life here. I don’t do reviews often, but this most definitely warrants one. I picked up three white shirts the evening I needed to wear one, and all of them had white lint all over them (I inspected each of them after noticing it on the first). This lint inevitably made its way all over my suit. But that evening I needed to wear it, so I made due as best I could. When I had the opportunity (the next week) to bring the shirts and suit back in to be cleaned, they refused. In the final conversation with the woman at the counter she said, “we won’t do anything for you for free”, then refusing to see it any different she ended the conversation by saying “have a good day.” And walked away. While this woman was rude in her aggressive tones (I maintained a very calm tone and asked her to do the same; I believe in civility) it was the absolute refusal to rectify the situation that this business had created that makes this the... worst dry cleaner I’ve ever done business with. I will never come back here for any reason. To add to it, my shirts cuffs weren’t even clean when I got them back.

Great place to do laundry on a budget. Several sizes of washer, really big dryers, public restroom inside building. Reasonably clean place. I don't think I've ever seen an out of order sign on any of their machines, which is more than I can say for most laundromats. If I remember correctly, they also have free Wi-Fi. Plenty of seating too.

HORRIBLE! I just went there today and we had a guy open our dryer as we were sitting there and start going through our things. After my husband told him thats not his and to get out he tried to do it again 5 minutes later. It took my husbanf yelling at him to not touch our things and threatening him to back off for the guy to go sit in his car... He was going thtough others dryers. Never take your eye off your clothes here. Will NEVER go back..

The counter ppl are very friendly, they'll do everything possible to keep the customer happy. Extra starch, no problem! I've been going to them since I have lived here in Centralia. Thanx Dave's Econ-O-Dry Cleaners!

$2.50 a load, .25 more for extra rinse. Dryers .25, not sure for how long, it's not posted and I haven't paid attention. Not a big place, has soda, soap, and change machine. There is a bathroom, but it is a sink and toilet only. Don't remeber seeing hand soap and no paper towels.
