Custom Care Valet Dry cleaning

Poor customer service ... After my visit today the employee who I wish not to name was not friendly at all. Body language speaks volumes and she was negative in every way possible.

Such great service and staff!! My office thinks I am so spoiled by having this wonderful service! I tell them they are wonderful with everyone! I had a delivery on my Birthday and my driver came with flowers!! AMAZING!!

Was new to Vancouver and didn't know of any cleaners, they were on a local route and seemed reputable. My mistake. Brought in some garmets to be "fixed", there were small spots due to colors bleeding. Nothing serious, in hindsight I probably could have gotten them out myself. In any case, one garmet was a fringed duster, off white with orange fringe. I had washed it with OUT issue...there were small purple spots.When I picked up my garmets I checked them in my car...what a shocker!!!! My fringed duster was now spotted entirely with ORANGE. The fringe ran from THEIR solution! I immediately went in and asked why I wasn't notified of the damage to my garmet.Their reply was blaming me (my garmets were already damaged), disbelief they had caused the damage and dismissal of my complaint. No phone calls were answered...the owner would only communicate with me by email. In the end he wanted my garmet if he gave me money to replace it, I refused. I accepted the return of money for "fixing" it. I do NOT recommend them for cleaning garmets you enjoy wearing. As not only will they ruin them but will NOT contact you about the damage plus accept minimal responsibility for the damage they caused. The arrogance was insulting...as was the lack of customer care.

The Donnelly family has taken our dry cleaning to Custom Care for 25 years and they are great.
