Terrible experience altered two of my suit jackets did not fit at all. Can’t speak English so couldn’t even get the issue resolved. Also very expensive. BEWARE SAYS ALTERATIONS ON DOOR BUT THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO ALTERATIONS SHE DID NOT MEAUSRE ME WHICH I THOUGHT WAS WEIRD TRUSTED HER JUDGEMENT WHAT A MISTAKE JACKETS ARW HUGE THEY DID NOTHING IN THE SHOULDERS AND ONLY SHORTENED THE SLEEVES. Used to get all my dry cleaning here because it was close to my home even though it was very expensive. I will not be taking any business there anymore

They did a great job getting a tomato sauce stain out of my suit, and their prices are awesome. Great service!

I noticed that shortly after coming here, that they were writing my name on the inside bottom of my shirts. I asked them about it and they gave a blank stare. They dont use drycleaner tags so I assume this is how they track the laundry. I dont appreciate anyone just thinking they can write on a short that is supposed to be there to clean. I also dont appreciate them not owing up to it. I am going 15 miles away to Portland for dry-cleaning as I would rather have someone I can trust then someone convenient that does not respect the work. Avoid this place.
