I had a silk dress with a stain in it that I needed for a wedding in two days. They got the stain out without damaging the fabric and the dress overall looked amazing. Such a huge relief for me. The staff was very polite, efficient, and the place looked nice and clean. Also impressed by their hours- as a busy person with a weird work schedule, this was crucial to my being able to patronize their business in the first place. I will definitely be back.

Left 50 dollars in my pocket and they kept it safe, returned it and did a wonderful job cleaning everything from my polos to my wedding tux!

So easy, so pleasant, so charming. Someone shows up at your door, takes all of your laundry, and then returns the following day with all of your laundry hermetically sealed and lovingly shaped into wall-e style cubes. I know it's not technically magic, but it's close.

Drive out of my way to have dry cleaning done here (from Kirkland). I've noticed they do a phenomenal job in cleaning (eco) and in presenting your clothes back to you: always hung or draped nicely, pills on sweaters kept to a minimum, sweaters are lofty & soft, they pay attention to details (they gently show holes or damage by putting tabs to alert you), etc.
Other cleaners are sometimes overzealous in their methods and don't pay attention to detail (receive cashmere/wool sweaters back "stiff", blouses/shirts too crispy, etc)....... And that, my friends, is what sets Jay's apart from other dry cleaners! 😊

I had my wedding dress cleaned here. It wasn’t in bad shape, but the hem on the train was gray with dirt and the whole thing was a challenge because it was made of lace covered in sequins and beads. Jay’s charged less than other places I talked to (under $150), and the dress came out great.
