In my opinion Ichiban has the best sushi around. The staff is friendly and the steakhouse menu is awesome! The chefs that work the grill are very entertaining! I usually get sushi carryout and it's just as good as eating in. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Our server was really good. It amazed us all when she memorized all our orders without even writing it down.  This Restaurant was the only thing opened on New Year's eve and we were really thankful for that. The sushi here is awesome and tasted fresh. You have the option to dine in a table and wait for your food to be served to you or you can go to the room where the chef cooks it in front of you and treats it like a show! I really enjoy this Bistro and would eat here again!

Great food that is made before your eyes, like a Las Vegas sidewalk show where the fun starts but ends with a full stomach. Would recommend if you like rice, steaks, fish and more. Everything is cooked on a hot grill at your seat, so if you don't want it mixed in you may not enjoy as much as others.

I had the Salmon & Steak hibachi meal. Prepared to near perfection. Entertaining chef at the table but the waiter seemed a little under prepared to handle 2 tables at once... a little slow on drinks and that's really all he has to do. All in all a good experience. Be prepared to spend a lot of money.

Not my first time going but definitely the best. Freshest tasting sushi I've had in a long time. The texture of the fish was amazing. Absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend going if you've never been.
