Ideal Image Dr. Phillips

I’ve been coming to ideal image since 2013 and this location specifically and I absolutely love it! The staff is amazing and super friendly. I’ve done laser hair removal on a few places (my face, under arms and Brazilian) and I’ve received amazing results. My face has taken a little longer but that’s always prone to hormones, but on the other two places I saw results by the second visit! I’m loferally hair free. I’ve recommended this place to my mother in law, cousin and co-worker and their are all extremely satisfied with the results too. Definitely recommend Ideal Image and this location specifically. What’s next, my legs? Maybe!

Diana, Maria, Rosie, and Theresa are all amazing! Ideal Image has given me more confidence and has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. It’s worth it! Thanks to the whole team for not only making a difference in my life, but a positive difference in others life everyday. You guys are amazing!

This place is very professional and the staff as well. Everyone is pleasant. The ladies there explain in detail and try to help you understand before and after the procedures. I always get a call the next day to see how I’m doing. I would definitely recommend this place.

It shocks me to see all of these positive reviews with the terrible experience that I have had with Ideal Image. Coming from the customer service and hospitality industry, I have never in my life felt the level of disrespect that this location has given me in my entire life. I tried every business hour work day for over three weeks to talk to management about my terrible experience to get a response of ether: they're in a meeting, they've left for the day, they will call you back shortly, and they are unavailable. Finally, I just gave up. Maybe you will hear me this time. I will never recommend this company to anyone with the level of disrespect I have received from them. It's outrageously disgusting. I'm thankful that others have received better than I have and I wish those the best of luck who have not experienced yet.

I absolutely love the service here!! Everyone is so polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have been coming here for the past two years and they have done an exceptional job on my treatment area, I am very satisfied with the results!! The receptionist are always so welcoming from the time you walk into the door, and they always remember your name!! Rosie is one of the receptionist and she always greets you with a smile on her face, and so very friendly!!
