Amazing. Dr. Shelton is fantastic. She is so smart and dedicated to making sure each patient gets the exact result they’re looking for. She takes the time to make sure the patient is comfortable and answers all questions. I’ve been to other doctors who dilute the product and are brutal in application causing extreme pain, bleeding and bruising. That never happens here. You always get the best deal and the full amount of product purchased. Application is virtually painless. I will never go anywhere else again. Trust, results and a gentle touch are everything!!

Whole thing is a rip off scam,spent over 10k total,my back treatment started with a patch of light hair here and there. After all treatments including extra as they conned me into it's been 2 years now and my whole back is covered now in dark hair, save ur money and don't do it.

I was nervous being my first time to ever do any procedures. Dr Shelton and staff made me feel at ease and confident on what I wanted. I felt very reassured and educated on what to expect and how it works. I am extremely happy with my results I will only use this Ideal Image facility. The Doctor and staff are very sincere and not out to just sell you something you don't need. If you want to look your best for a reasonable price and feel you are in good hands then Dr Shelton & staff are the ones to help.
