My first treatment and it was absolutely amazing. Jennifer my consultant was absolutely so sweet and kind and very honest with me. I was worried but very at ease talking to her. She made me feel so comfortable and didn’t low ball me. I then did my first treatment with Rachel and she was unbelievably warm. She made me feel so comfortable and explained every single detail. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!! So so so happy.

Before going to in to see them I was pretty nervous, but as soon as I got there they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They walked me through each step and explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with everything. The actual treatment was a breeze, no pain just a strong sting. The treatment has been working beautifully. I’m glad I decided to this with them. They made sure I was well taken care of. Every staff member is super friendly and welcoming.

This location has an extremely friendly and professional staff! They will make you feel right at home and their treatments have amazing results. You will not be disappointed. The nurses are very knowledgeable. The one that I usually meet with, her name is Coral, and she's super sweet and good at her job. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the types of services that are offered here.

Had my first Brazilian laser hair removal treatment at Ideal, Rachel took care of me. I don't have a high pain tolerance and I was not shy in explaining how nervous I was, she was very understanding and patient and eased me into it. The whole staff is personable and welcoming and by the time I was done with consultation I was comfortable with the staff. I have psoriasis and they were gentle towards that as well. Glad I did this with this great staff! Thank you Rachel!!

Best money ever spent! Love going to the beach or pool and not having to worry about shaving. The staff is great and Coral is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Ideal Image to anyone looking for laser hair removal. :)
