Orlando Institute-The Center for Electrolysis, Laser Hair Removal and Skin Care

When it comes to hair removal I’ve tried it all and I have never experienced the results from anyone else like I do here. I never liked my husband to touch my face for fear it wouldn’t be smooth but not anymore! I started going every 6 weeks and after a few sessions alone I went at 8. Next time I go is at the 10 week mark. Like I said I’ve tried other lasers and even electrolysis and nothing ever worked. I live roughly 30 min away and have zero issue driving because I know the success I’ve personally seen. I can’t recomme these ladies enough! They truly want you to feel comfortable and beautiful in your own skin.

I was gonna get some info and start to call from 8Am to 12 PM no one answered finally at 1PM I came but door was locked. I thought they are in lunch and waited until 2PM . They even did not leave any signs that saying they are out of office. I waited 1.5 hours still nobody open the door.But on theirs website working hours MON - FRID 8 AM to 4 PM. It is so sad. STAFF DOES’T care about customers.!!!!!!

I went 4 times,it did nothing! The communication in this center sucks,don't waste your time,or money in this place...

After receiving laser hair removal service from a clinic in Longwood. FL from 2010-2011 I noticed that my hair was increasing. I spent thousands and thousands at that place and they had no idea what they were doing. The lady who did my laser was not even certified. I finally left them and found Orlando institute by doing some research online. I set up a consultation & got started on treatment. The whole staff is extremely respectful, helpful and they do everything they can to help you through the process.I've been coming here since 2011 and they honestly are the best in central Florida. Michelle & Melissa are both very professional and great people. They have different lasers and match you up according to skin tone/type to make sure they use the best laser possible for your skin to give you results. I have recommended many people to Orlando institute and will always continue to do so. If you're looking into laser hair removal, electrolysis or other skin treatments like facial they have it all here and trust me you will leave every appointment satisfied. My mom, sister & I have been coming here for years & this is the only place we trust with our skin.

I went to the Orlando Institute for skin care. The teacher was very unprofessional & actually spent more time joking around with a fellow student then teaching. I was there to learn and not to be social. Although I've only heard good things about the laser & Electrolysis program...I would recommend going elsewhere for skincare.
