Linda was awesome. The manager is super nice and Kristy used the laser treatment on me today! I’m telling you people, A WAX HURTS WORSE THAN THIS! I think this will be some of the best money you ever spent. I had my first session today and I was so happy with the results. They are so informative and friendly here and there are also many other treatments they offer other than laser hair removal! Thank you Ideal Image! ❤️

Ended my underarm treatments in December 2017, its now five months later and I have to shave every week. I called the customer service line today and was told I had to come in to the office and pay the $50 retouch fee. I was then told this may or may not fix my problem, so I would most likely have to come back and pay the fee again. I am still paying off the initial treatment fee. Paying over $2,000 and still having unwanted hair is ridiculous in my opinion. **Update** Received help from Amy McKeever to get two free touch ups from the New Tampa location. We will assess the situation further after the touch ups have used

I used to be very iffy about cosmetic treatments because of a previous negative experience I’d had, but Ideal Image has won me over. Heidi, their techinician, was very informative, understanding, and patient. Linda made sure that I felt like I was in good hands and that I got the most for my money. I’ve gone in for multiple treatments so far and the results bring tears to my eyes. So lucky to be part of the Ideal Image family.

Love this location! Tania and Stacy are the absolute best! I’m doing the BDL treatment and I’m really happy with my results after just 2 sessions.

Very nice employees, very thorough and surprisingly fast with my 1st appointment! Super easy experience and would definitely recommend this to anyone with facial hair issues!
