I signed up for “tattoo removal” not “tattoo fading” January 2016 (over 2 years ago). I was informed my tattoo would only need about 7 months of treatment due to it being small and black. So I stuck with staying out of the sun, paid in full and started the process. As I neared my last session. I was nowhere near done. Ideal image said they would extend me a few more sessions for free. After a year of services I was just now being told “oh there is a chance we won’t be able to get the whole tattoo removed”. This was news to me and a concerning one, as no one ever told me this when I signed up. I was already deep in the process so I stuck with it. Now here I am, over 4x the length they said it would take and you can still see my tattoo all over the edges. I was told that was the best they could do and to go get some sunlight. After spending so much time and money I almost felt betrayed. I was told when I signed up that this would be a breeze and gone in no time. I guess they tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door. I made a call to what I thought was their corporate but I just got passed around to different sales people who all claimed they had the highest authority and nothing at all could be done but they said I could continue my treatments. Not to mention ideal image is now getting rid of their tattoo removal machines. Coincidence? I think not. Why would I continue treatments with a company who will no longer specialize in tattoo removal or carry the machine? It makes no sense. Not to mention they couldn’t even hold up what they told me from the start. The sales person, Jen, who should have tried helping me, only argued with me, raised her voice and said it’s my fault and I should have read the contract. Very unprofessional customer service and I have never been spoken to so poorly by a “professional”. The ONLY pleasant experience I had with this company was the tech who did my last few removals, I cannot recall her name but she was the only employee who treated me with respect. Bottom line, if you want tattoo removal resultant or any sort of good customer service, do not go here! If you have any issues, they will indirectly say “too bad”.

Good facility and equipment, friendly staff and good results but insanely overpriced! They claim their equipment is what justifies their high prices, and by high I mean ridiculously high. I suspect it's their location and high taxes/rent. You can get the same results at a fraction of the cost by going someplace more out of the way and not located in a ritzy building. This technology and these procedures have been around a long time. The chances of getting scarred and burned are minimal and most credible places will let you test the equipment on a patch of skin before you commit to treatment.

I've been to several Ideal Image facilities and this is my favorite. As always, the office is clean and the staff is professional and punctual with my appointment. But the tech I had here was just awesome, and so fast! It made my (unavoidabley painful) experience just breeze by. :)

I go to Ideal Image for laser hair removal and would absolutely recommend them. I first went to a different facility for the same service and had awful results and awkward interactions with the provider and staff. At Ideal Image, everyone is very professional but welcoming. The results are fantastic. It's an expensive voluntary procedure but their prices are fair in my opinion, plus they offer financing (interest-free if paid off within the agreed time frame).

BillyRae, Latesha, and Christina are all so amazing. Very professional, courteous, positive, and fun. The reception I received as a new customer here at the Tampa Dale Mabry location was a beautiful and warm welcome. Love these ladies. They make you feel like a million bucks and are honest with their assessments. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you ladies and Ideal Image for helping me feel B-E-A-UTIFUL. :-)
