SolutionZ Laser Hair Removal - Sarasota Bradenton

So I really would love to give this place 5 star! I used to go to Stacey for laser & electrolysis & I felt she was amazing! She really helped me & made me feel uncomfortable! However, for the last few weeks I have been trying to contact her to reschedule an apt & I have gotten no return phone calls. When I have called the office to see if maybe a number has changed or perhaps she’s gone on vacation, I get no information. Which leads me to believe that im just being ignored. Hint taken! But when I ask to schedule an apt with another girl, the receptionist was unable to tell me who would be treating me! When I explained to her that I’m uncomfortable having no idea who the individual would be before the apt, I basically got a “okay! Well thanks for calling!” Customer service isn’t there strongest suit. & I was driving all the way from South St. Pete to go there! Wish it had worked out better!
