Was not impressed with excessive wait time. I had an appt for a freen consultation at 4pm. At 530pm i was still waiting to see the technician. Got told she was running late with her last client who happened to be seen approx 5 minutes before me. So fine i waited. Heard her talking and saying good by to her cliebt at about 505pm. Was then told ahe had to go to the restroom before seeing me. By 830pm i was still waiting. Ridiculous; it seemed that there customer service has taken a back seat in recent years. I ended up just leaving at 530pm. Still no sign of the technicianian coming to speak with me. Will not return; very bad service indeed.

What a great experience!!! Everyone was really nice. Kelly took time to explain how ever thing works. Did not feel pressured at all. Robin was who did my procedure and she was awesome. Thank you very much!

So great!! I had 5 cycles of coolsculpting today.. I don't remember her name , she was very gentle. Explained everything. Answered questions, polite. The best experience. This was my 2nd consult. Other place quoted me almost dbl. It should be an interesting next few months. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

After 20 minutes of waiting for my scheduled appointment, I was told it would take at least another 30 minutes. Such a long wait time at 10:30am in the morning is unacceptable to me. I walked out and will go somewhere else.

Don't believe the cool sculpting hype. We invested thousands into it and the results were nominal at best. My wife has a strict diet and kick-boxes several times a week. When we went back for a follow up, they tried to sell us more sessions. If the first few thousand didn't show any results, we weren't about to throw more money down the drain. There's fine print that says results may vary. That should be in bold at the top of the form.
