Ideal Image Laser Hair Removal

CoolSculption doesn't work. I, like you are reading now, was only paying attention to the good reviews. I don't know why I didn't invest my money on something more official. I'm in my late 20s... 5'4 and 148 pounds. I Just wanted to remove a little bit of the belly. It's not even that noticeable. They took my money and the treatment did nothing for me. I actually Weighted more when came back... Ha!! Yes, you have to come back to a " follow up consultation" as part of your agreement... otherwise they will charge you an extra $50 if you miss the appointment You will sign a papers that says that "not everyone sees result" ... After you sign that; That's the end of it !

Absolutely amazing staff. Doctor Shelton is an artist at injections. The areas I have had treated for laser hair removal are hairless and perfect. Coolsculpting on my flanks and abs gave me better results than I could have ever imagined. Thank you

I am absolutely disgusted with this place. The only reason I gave them a one star is because the website doesn't allow 0. I signed up for sessions at the Ideal Image in Viera and informed the lady that I have extremely sensitive skin and I wanted to do one session first to see how my skin would react. After basically arguing with me and telling me I wouldn't have any issues, and that no one ever does, I agreed to do the the sessions. Well, surprise surprise I had serious medical issues occur after my second session. I tried contacting the doctor at the office and would leave multiple messages a week with her secretary to not have any of them returned. I made the decision to see my own doctor and he advised it was best not to continue with my sessions. As written in the contract, he wrote a medical letter not once, but twice and that still wasn't enough. After a meeting with the doctor at ideal image, she came up with every excuse as to why the laser didn't cause the issues I am having, and refused to refund my money. This business should be ashamed of themselves. If I physically cannot use your facility for what it is for, why is it so hard to admit it did not work and refund my money? This is a warning to everyone, do not pre-pay for anything here! You will regret it!

Completely nice courteous people willing to go the extra mile....that is until you've paid for your service. After that you are just another shill paying their paychecks. Never are they able to reasonably accommodate scheduling, constantly overbooking and having to wait...this is a scam.
