Ideal Image Jacksonville

I’ve never had a bad technician at this location and I’ve been coming here for 5 Years. The front desk staff has always been welcoming and warm. I feel much more at ease knowing that this company has been around for many years and is in several locations, some others that offer these services may be cheaper but they aren’t offering the full package and can’t offer lifetime service. The results were amazing for me and I only come once a year for touch up. Not shaving has been a great experience alone.

When I first when to ideal image they were so nice and they talked me through every step. They are a little bit on the experience side of things $$$$ but I totally recommend them if you're trying to see actual results. After 9 treatments I've lost about 95% of the hair. They are the best in the game

Laser hair removal was given to me by my boyfriend as a gift last September. I have since then added more areas that I wanted treatment on. They are very friendly, accommodating and flexible with my schedule. You’re in and out pretty quick. Makes one think why you waited so long to have laser hair removal sooner. 👍🏻

I simply tried to reschedule and instead was insulted over the phone. I couldn't even have my first appointment service is absolutely horrible. I'm so glad I didn't go there. After mentioning this awful service. I've now heard from multiple people who've gone to this location that have told me how awful the staff and the treatment is. Hair growing back, rude staff members, and the price is way over what any other place charges. I was so excited to get everything started. But, now I'll go anywhere else.

Everyone here is so nice ! I came in over a year ago to get my bikini area done, after years of waxing I knew it was time! This has been such a great experience. Such a great experience that today I started on my underarms. I can’t express how happy with Ideal Image I have been ! Thank You !
