The manager told me the only available queen she had was an upgraded room, then placed me in a standard queen that was definitely not clean. I deep clean once entering the room and it still smells, and service isn't great.

Filthy and the rooms have Roaches. Employees are sketchy. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

NOT AS CLEAN AS IT USE TO BE VERY DUSTY AND SMELLY WISH THEY WOULD DO BETTER THEIR LOCATED IN A GREAT AREA.

This hotel has amazing service front desk as well as the breakfast and it’s a nice establishment I gave it five stars

Convenient parking right up to our door on the first floor. Housekeeping was very nice and helpful!! Late night there is Louisville metro police that sits in the parking lot patrolling so makes you feel safe if have to come and go late night also makes you feel more secure that your vehicle isn't gonna be broken into!

I stayed here with my friend and we had the time of our life. It's very secluded from town so we sat up all night looking through our coin collections and talking about old times.... Its that type of atmosphere that will bring me back in the future
