Italian Custom Tailors

Had my daughter’s prom dress tailored at the Italian Custom Tailors and they did a great job! The workers were very nice and they accommodated our need to bring the dress back the day of for steaming. I would recommend them for alterations! Owner is very friendly and flexible. Italian Custom Tailors is now opened by a new gentleman, Mr. Pedro Lopez. He was a friend of the previous owner that passed away. As with any change of hands in business it can be scary and apprehensive to trust someone different. Fret not! The new owner is very, very talented. He's actually a "Master Tailor" and is very knowledgeable, very accomplished at what he does. My first interaction with him was when he tailored a Calvin Klein belted khaki dress (liner included) for me. It was a size four and I needed him to take it in to a size two. Pedro did an amazing, simple spectacular job! It's such a cute dress and I love the way it fits now! The prices are still very reasonable, actually cheaper than I've seen anywhere else. And unlike the previous owner Pedro does accept credit/debit, along with cash. I will certainly continue to patronage Italian Custom Tailors....I recommend you do the same!!!! Customer for life!

Extremely satisfied! Pedro is a very genius person, humble; with excellent people skills, and his prices are perfect for the work and service he and his staff provides. This is coming from a person that always requires additional work on the clothes I buy. Thank you for your service Pedro!

I was looking for a tailor in the Waldorf area and I was lucky in finding Mr. Pedro Lopez who has 30 yrs experience. He is a master tailor he exceeded my expectations and his prices where very reasonable for the quality of work he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a master tailor best in southern Maryland will continue to use Pedro for all my tailoring needs in the future excellent customer service and if you can't come to him he offers at home or office pick up.
