Jackson Soul Food II

Food is relatively good but the service is snail's pace slow. No one greets you when you first enter. They need an expeditor or a manager to run the back of the house to ensure the food comes off the line more efficiently. And to properly train the waitresses on how to engage customers. I came twice. The first day the food was great. I ordered oxtails, pigeon peas & rice, collard greens and mac & cheese (huge portions). Second day I ordered the same, portions were slightly smaller, mac & cheese needed more cheese and was dry. The waitress had to remind the cook 3 or 4 times to give me my peach cobbler. The poor service means I will never return again.

Poor customer service. Absolute zero level of professionalism. Extremely unorganized and poorly managed. The quality of food is unfortunately masked by the customer care, both of which being polar opposites of each other. It's never a good experience when a company's priority is profit over customer satisfaction. I only wish there were 6 stars so I could click one and still leave 5 blank. (Since you have to put at least 1 star) Poor example of a black owned business but a perfect example at the same time. The oxymorons of life.

I was there April 28, 2017. I would describe, the dinning experience as THE WORT FOOD Meal I have, ever, had. By far the worst I have found in Miami- Dade. I order a glass or red wine, I received Cheap San Gr. My date received OJ as a Mimosa. I ordered: Ox Tails, fried okra, Lima beans, Mac/cheese and corn muffin was included according to the server. I received Ox Tails, green beans, yellow rice and no corn muffin. The server acted as all was normal. The food was, absolutely, awful. The tasted each item. A taste was enough to confirm it was not edible. This place should close its doors. Do not waste you TIME or Money. Visit the Mac and Cheese in Wynwood. You will not regret it. One star is generous.

I've just started eating breakfast here so far so good .... My food is always good if only the cook could scramble me the way he scramble my eggs I'm be very delightful.... Besides that 😉 the food is great you get your money worth .... The workers are very respectful you get your money worth trust me

My Sorority Sister and I, always have our Annual Mother's Day and Christmas Breakfast here. The food is very good.
