Fewer of these department stores remain every year. This is how we used to shop and if you like to hold the dress or shirt in your hand and try it on then this is one of the last large department stores her locally. They carry good quality merchandise.

Writing second review... JC Penney Salon is awesome. Bailey introduced us to Salon whole staff, April and Sarah are who worked on our hair recently. My Husband had the best haircut ever from Sarah and April really listened to my request. Again, highly recommend due to creativity, professionalism and cost. Been back at least 4 times plan to continue.

The sale rack is amazing. It has a % off plus more at the register. I ended up saving more than I spent!

If Ryan in mens is here it's great. But I am here now. With my son shopping for prom. Have been in the mens section for 45 minutes and not 1 person greeted us or acknowledged that we were even here. If I didnt have retail experience, I wouldn't have been able to get my son the pants he needed. Awful experience.

Not my favorite shopping. They are always understaffed. Two different visits I was redirected to check out at Jewelry Dept. Only one clerk there, overwhelmed with showing jewelry and a line of customers waiting to pay.
