This place is awesome. You can work out here without being judged. Everyone is so friendly. The owners are great. Very helpful. You can workout by yourself or there's even classes you can take if you want. There's also free daycare for parents with little ones! They also have tanning, (new bulbs) works great. And they also carry the red healing body light. I heard about it reading about NASA and how the healing light works. And they have massage chairs to! You can always get something to drink here. Even protein shakes. Very good. You can order it the way you like it. I get chocolate peanut butter with bananas. I could write a book about this place so I'll stop with, for 20 bucks a month....you get all this and can bring someone with you to work out! I'll upload pictures later

The equipment is kept up nice and the employees are great. Good place to workout.

Local gym with a big variety of members ranging from high school teenagers and college students all the way up to seniors. Early morning hours seem to be more popular with the older members and the evenings more popular with the younger crowd. Good variety of equipment, exercise classes and supplements available. Dry and wet saunas also offered. Usually not much wait time for the machines during any hour and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Great family run business.

Plenty of workout equipment but the size is kind of small and it's a gym where there are frequently clicks and group going which a be a little annoying and uncomfortable at times.
