This is a great neighborhood gym! Clean, updated and friendly! Everything you need to be in awesome shape, a great mix of trainers and a Classical Pilates studio within the gym! The Pilates instructor has 20 years of experience! If you want the "Real Thing" go here 💪👌👍😀😍 Your Body will Thank You!

I just joined and I'm very pleased. The equipment is a bit dated, but works as advertised. I would recommend.

I've known the owner for nearly 20 years, and he has maintained a clean active environment that accommodates all forms of exercise and training programs. A perfect spot for a gym and local access.
