A great fitness center!  The pools are awesome from a lap pool to a warmer exercise pool to a warm therapy pool.  Then you can finish up with a nice hot tub!

I absolutely love this gym. Friendly and knowledgeable staff...
interactive equipment 
clean
lots of classes from yoga and meditation, drums, aqua aerobics Zumba etc
Free weights
Daycare which is awesome and goes up to 10 or 11
Basketball court
They offer reasonably priced food and a quiet area to eat or read.
