Basically depends on what you are expecting as a customer. I am pretty low maintenance so I like Lyceum and have been going to the Ship Bottom location for about 25 years. The good/bad news is that not much has changed in those 25 years. The equipment is old but works fine, lots of options between free weights or machines. Interior is old, very tiny locker rooms, no guest wifi. Gets pretty hot in Summer, especially upstairs where cardio equipment is. But gym is rarely crowded which is a positive.
