Though they may be on the pricier side, it's worth knowing my car is in good hands and will be thoroughly inspected. They are very willing to talk with you about issues and you can tell them what you'd like fixed now and what you aren't concerned with and they don't push back. Would recommend to anyone and my family has all been going for years.

I went there for an inspection sticker and they failed it because they said I need new springs. they gave me the failed sticker and I took my car to a ford dealer to get my springs checked and inspection sticker. The Ford mechanics said there was nothing wrong with my springs and this place was ripping me off I got a passed inspection sticker from my Dealer. Don't be fooled by this place it seems they want you to pay for work you don't need!

5 stars Sue & Joe E Customer since 2012
Excellent experience. I have taken a few of my vehicles to Jim Boudreau's over the years. Both Jim and Ed always communicate what work needed to be completed with clear pricing. The work was performed in a timely manor, no surprises when the final bill was given. Very competent mechanics, a clean and safe comfortable environment. I started with the oil change special you set an appointment I decided to wait for my vehicle in their waiting room, you feel like your in your own living-room while you wait. I would recommend to all!

If you wanna get talked into wasting a substantial amount of money to fix an issue on your car that it doesn't need go see Jim. My car had an issue where it would not come out of park so I took it there and explained the whole thing, left the car overnight then they call me and say the shifter wasn't "greased enough" and that it works fine now, also they mentioned they wouldn't charge me for it which I have to admit was nice or so I thought. I went to pick it up got in the car went to drive away and what do ya know the shifter was still stuck in park! So they kept it again and end up telling me my front springs were cracked and that I could "blow a tire out at any time" if I didn't change them so $1500 later I had brand new Monroe struts. The problem with my shifter was my body control module going back. Picked up a used on at the junk yard for 50 bucks had a friend throw it in and boom what do you know my car comes out of park now! PS. I'm still paying for those struts 6 months later

My family and I recommend Boudreau and I'd give them 10stars! Boudreau may be pricey (but cheap for oil changes which include all that jazz like tire rotation and checks) but you get what you pay for Which saves you money in the l0ng run! The waiting area is great for us girls, as it is inviting, immaculate, clean, with coffee, tv, mags available. But that's not why I give 5 stars- I started following my mom and going here when I moved to Tewksbury and they are good diagnosticians, they provide free quote when i got in my accident without being badgering and salesy, seem honest, and fair. When I went recently for my oil change, they noticed I'm due for an inspection and asked if I'd like that done, and they did both without lying and saying something needed to be fixed like most places do! I just got rear-ended on the highway die to an abrupt pile-up ahead, and I'm heading over to Boudreau now for a quote on fixing my bumper
