Direct Tire & Auto Service

I went to this place because my steering wheel was suddenly hard to turn, the advisor clearly guessed what the problem was. I paid a few hundred bucks to get it fixed but the next day the problem persist so I bring it back, they tell me it's something else and I would need to pay another few hundred dollars, I tell them no it was their error, so finally we work out a deal they would do the free labor and I would buy my own part from a 3rd party vendor (since they were charging triple for the piece) a couple days later my car is still having the same steering problem so I call the GM in another location. He tells me to bring the car back it will get fixed at no charge, I was hesitant but what choice did I have, these guys knew we were currently displaced by a house fire. When I pick up the car for a third time the advisor explains to me that the part in question was just rusty and they were able to remove the rust! REMOVE RUST?!? We spent a few hundred dollars to remove rust? Fast forward 3 months later and the problem is slowly coming back. My husband and I had brought our tire business to them for years, we will never step foot in this place nor allow our family members to do business with these sharks! I'm not looking for pity just making a point that they saw we have children, they knew our situation and they still robbed us! That's bad business!

Always great service and the staff is super friendly. If you have a problem with your vehicle, they will find a solution. Fairly good with scheduling appointments and they have the ability to send a video of the work that needs to be done, before they get into it. Fair prices and they won't gouge you with the unexpected.

The guys in this shop are amazing. Every single person I spoke to was friendly and they explained everything in detail. I had no questions on what I was paying for like I usually do when I have my car serviced because they made sure I knew what they were doing and why. Also the video was awesome and very helpful and much appreciated!

I was a walk in customer yesterday just hoping for an oil change,I also needed a alignment. Ron was great he took care of both in a very short time frame and sent me on my way. I am always pleased by the professionalism of all of the people at Direct Tire and Auto Service,I would recommend them to anyone!

I went here for the first time due to their online rating of almost 5 stars. They definitely lived up to the expectation! Very accommodating, kind, and cared about my concerns. I will definitely return!
