Joe's Crab Shack

Reminds me of all the seafood places along the coast. Everything was so authentic and so cool that it is on the river. The food was delicious. I had the East Coast platter and everything on it was wonderful. I couldn't believe the size of the crab cakes! We had a side of hush puppies too and they were so good. You have to try the chocolate cake for dessert. 7 Layers tall! It's really rich and so intense chocolate. You'll want to share it and end up taking some home! It took some time to get our meal because they were really busy, but the service was good.

My husband and I are truck drivers and since it was mother's Day my husband want to take me out to eat seafood. This place was wonderful! The food was awesome the workers made you feel very welcomed and service was great ❤

Service was great. We got the combo appetizer and it was eh. We also got the ragin Cajun steam pot and it was Amazing! Definitely a fun/messy experience. The views of the river are amazing.

So I took my girlfriend here for a special occasion, because she constantly asked me to go here. This was my first visit. I felt like the food was good, but what I ordered wasn't right for me. The prices are expensive and that is very apparent. Our waiter was not the best as they had only dropped by to help and refill once until the check. Again this isn't a bad place but I feel like there is better cheaper options.

My experience was with a large group of 15. We went for a friend's birthday and had only one waitress. She was however, phenomenal. She got everyone's orders correct, and even though it took a bit, from what I observed no one had to ask for anything twice. Slow and steady wins the race. The appetizers could be better, pretty typical for a chain. Prices are pretty high for the steamer buckets, expect to spend $80 or more for dinner for 2 people.
