Johnson City Water Department

They posted my payment to the wrong account twice. They turned my water off even though I paid my bill because they posted it to my OLD address. Took them 4 plus hours to come turn my water on because they claim that there was a MAJOR line break but they wouldn't produce a location for this "line break" as I am left to assume that they were at Krispy Kream eating donuts. The man at the water plant kept hanging up on me and wouldn't give me a TIME that my water would be back on and this whole issue was THEIR FAULT! I had to stay up past midnight when I had to be at work early the next day all because their took their sweet time to come turn my water on and made me sign something stating that I would be charged $50!!!! Awful service but we don't have any other choice. When you have an issue like this you can contact your city officials or the press.

I the website clearly said they were open till four and was even updated for holidays I go there on lunch to create an account and have water at our new condo. I have 2 kids that will not be without water Christmas weekend because I showed up at 12:05 and they were walking out saying they were closing early and can't get water. Not able to get it turned on until the 27th and their attitude was toon bad not my problem. If I had any other choice I would choose another company.
