Metro Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

We had a leak where the water line entered the house. When I called Metro, I was treated very professionally and in a friendly manner. Due to someone being in the area, Mike stopped over to inspect the leak within 2 hours of my call. He explained what he had found and recommended how he thought he should proceed. During the 4 1/2 hours he worked on the leak he was outstanding in how he interacted with me and the quality of the work he did. Unfortunately, when the leak was repaired, the meter kept running indicating another leak farther out in the yard and he contacted the office to arranged for a crew with an excavator to show up the next morning. The next morning, Chris and Lindsey showed up with the excavator and were able to locate 2 leaking spots between 5'-15' from the house. In about 2 hours, they dug the trench and repaired the leaks. Chris explained the process very thoroughly and they both worked very effectively. Their work was very detailed and complete. I would highly recommend Metro for any plumbing or heating needs.

I would recommend Metro Plumbing to anyone!! They did a fantastic job! We have a basement rental and they called saying that sewage was backing up. I called Metro, spoke with John and Crista- they had someone out here the same day! Steven got everything done super quickly and he was so friendly and helpful! Willing answer any question or concerns I had! I will for sure use them in the future for any issues! Thank you!

We discovered at about 330 on a Friday afternoon that our septic tank was full, causing the drain lines in the house to back fill and drain at a snail's pace. After multiple calls to several different septic tank servicing companies, and being quite literally laughed at over the phone for inquiring about the possibility of having the tank pumped on a Friday evening, we landed on Metro Plumbing's website. Not only do they truly comprehend the meaning of customer service, they exude it at every turn. The receptionist was more than helpful. She was upfront about pricing and ETA of the truck. She offered their "Home Care Club Membership" and took the time to explain every aspect of it in great detail answering every question I had. Richard showed up to service the septic tank and from the start I was meet with a smiling face even at 730 at night on a Friday evening. He took the time to explain every aspect of the job in detail, even explaining how the system worked and what likely caused the problem and how to check for future problems. It nice to find a company who understands the importance of customer service and truly puts their customers first. You have a customer for life. I would give this rating 15 stars but I am limited to only 5. Job very well done, thank you!!!!!

Steven was very efficient and thorough. He was on time and very knowledgeable of his job. He even told me about the plan for service from the company. Their pricing was very competitive with the other businesses in town. I would even say that they are better. I will definitely recommend and use them again.

They came out within hours of our call and were able to diagnose the issue with our pump and pump our septic tank. They were friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and very willing to answer any and all questions. They didn't seem to miss a beat when our kids were lined up, watching in awe. We had mistakenly thought we had uncovered both lids, but ends up we only had one and then the baffle clean out. They found the other lid but it was inaccessible due to the installer running conduit over top (seriously?!!!). They then used a smaller hose to go in the baffle lid and worked around it. We are very appreciative.
