Murfreesboro Water & Sewer

This company has the worst customer service for bill pay I have ever encountered. You can't simply call during business hours and talk to a representative to pay. When you call to pay you must use the automated system and enter a 15 digit account number. This number is found on your bill that doesn't always seem to come on time. If you don't have the number you can't pay the bill, that is ludicrous. Why would a company want to make you jump through hoops to pay the bill? They should fire the idiots who came up with the current system, it's plain dumb.

Worst customer service ever!!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars and write a review that’s what I would have done. No notices of being shut off at all. No call, no bill, not even a email was sent. Got home and water is off and I have 3 dogs to give water to. Worst utility company ever!!!!!!!!!! At least give us a freakin chance and warn us so if we can’t pay right away we can prepare and not have dehydrated dogs. If they get sick I’m getting Lawyers involved!!!!! I will say that the only good thing about this place is the actual guys that handle emergencies like water main breaks and the actual boots on the ground are stand up guys who do a hell of a job getting things fixed!!!

Great customer service. I spoke to 2 individuals, both were very helpful. I called at approximately 10:30 in regards to a maintenance issue. I was told a work order would be written up. The work was done by 14:00. They did a great job as well. Thank you for turning a potentially stressful issue into an easy fix!

One of the most greediest companies around here. They charge you a convenience fee to pay online but don't understand that the real convenience is for them not to have excessive foot traffic of people paying their bills at their establishment. They are greatly behind the times. Their site isn't user friendly. Whoever designs this stuff needs to figure that out. Its a chore to now find your account number and customer number to be allowed to pay online, a real inconvenience, and then they expect more for your 'convenience', all for treated unclean water.
