Metro Water Services

Violet was SO friendly and helpful. She established service at my new residence in the blink of an eye and answered all of my questions with willingness and friendliness.

The first time I called, they told me that I needed to go in to the office. I called a second time and another person told me I didn't need to go to the office and that she could set me up on the phone. She was quick and helpful. I called a 3rd time to double check on the status of my water and sewer and Rene was just plain rude. She answered the phone with an attitude/tone like she was tired of her job and didn't listen to why I called. If you're having a bad day at work, please don't rub it off on the customers. That's just horrible customer service and highly unprofessional.

In my 45 years of being a homeowner, owning homes all over the US, I must say that Metro Water Service is the absolute worst in customer service and the way they treat there customers. I have had nothing but trouble and frustration with this municipal service in the 18 years I have lived in Nashville. If Nashville is going to be a growing, thriving municipality with leading amenities and services, then the Mayor needs to launch a complete review and overhaul of a bureaucratic, archaic, insensitive organization.

I just called to add a new address to my existing Metro Water account. John was helpful, quick to help me make the addition and very kind.

Everybody need water!! They don't take no payment plan here!! They will give you one week after the do date to pay it!! When they come to your area they cut hot water off!! They might leave the cold water on!!
