6 weeks now since brush was put out for pickup. The other neighbour's have been out 8 weeks. Called twice and gave the street address. My friend lives in Smyrna and every time they put brush out, it's picked up within 2 days! Can't get boat in or out because the brush is in the way. Ridiculous !

This Water Public Works groups is the most unprofessional,  rude, and inhumane  people I have ever come across in my dealings with utility payments.  They were paid in a timely fashion and promised to have my water cut back on before the days end and they failed in their promise and professionalism which caused me to come house to with a home no water and their pockets full of my money.
