Great company. Frank is the sweetest person in the world. He did a great job cleaning my septic tank, explaining all the details, and providing valuable suggestions to keep a better maintenance in the future. Kevin is a very precise hard worker. It was impressive looking at him digging trenches for some new line under a heavy pouring rain. Jimmy also helped a lot, and did not charge me any extra when I asked to set a riser cover on my tank. Kara, in the office, with her lovely voice, was always responsive and kind. All this for exactly half the price estimated by another company. I highly recommend Rooter-Man of Chattanooga, especially if you want a job well done at an affordable price.

Frank is awesome!!!!! With his numerous years of expertise made it easy for him to break it all down for a city kid like myself that knew nothing of how a septic system truly works. He even pointed out what to expect in the future without just trying to up sales me. I would highly recommend Rooter-Man. Ask for Frank. You will be 100% satisfied with his service.

Great service. The young man that just came out quickly figured out my problem and had it repaired and back in service within 20 minutes. I really appreciate this company. He also showed me how to remove hair clog from drains. It is refreshing to hear service techs give customers advise on how to help themselves in the future. This will be the only company that I call in the future.

Had a backup from my house to sewer. Called several plumbing companies. Rooter-Man returned my call promptly and had a plumber here in 45 minutes. He assessed the problem & returned next day to clear the line. Plumber was knowledgeable, professional, as well as courteous. If I have plumbing issues in the future I will certainly call Rooter-Man!! Thank you for being a great company!!
