Roto Rooter Sewer & Drain Service

I have been a regular customer with Roto Rooter for 12 years and they are the best. I just got my septic tank pumped out and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Bubba was the one who did the job and he was very friendly, professional, and answered a lot of my questions about plumbing. I will definitely be calling them back to do more jobs.

The gentleman I talked to for the septic system was not cooperative or helpful all he would tell me was well if it’s this, then maybe it’s that, and if it’s that, then maybe it’s this. They refused to come out and give me a quote so I knew how much I would actually be paying for. I was about to spend $800 with them! This is not a professional company I will never use them!

This company ripped me off. When I woke up this morning my whole house was backed up. I have a 7 month old and I couldn’t wait to get my plumbing fixed. So I called this company. They said they could be out today so I set up an appointment. The lady never told me how much it costs. So I assumed 60-70 dollars. Maybe 100 at the most. They get here open up my septic (I have the caps they just twist off) they knock a clog out and then slap a $285 bill on me! $285 just to come to my house walk into my back yard open the septic and knock out a clog with a long pipe. They were here maybe 5 min! The guys doing the work apologized but there was nothing they could do. I called the company to be sure and she said the standard payment was $285. Then if they have to replace something it’s more! I am beyond upset. I could just imagaine a single mother or an elderly woman/man on a fixed income and they get a bill like this! This is just insane. I WILL NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!

Could not even get passed step one... getting them to show up!! Would not recommend this company at all. It would take me more time than I would care to waste explaining the incompetence of this dealer, look elsewhere my friends.

They are unreliable and make you wait over 24 with no running water or no bathroom and simply do not care!!! They promise to come 4 times and never showed up and then call after every other place has closed and tell you they are not coming!!!
