The driver pictured in this vehicle was extremely rude to my elderly mother. My parents are close with their neighbor and noticed when she left for work the driver of the vehicle started looming around her property and home and not around her sewer which so ever. My mom asked if he needed help locating her sewer and he got very defensive and rude my mother informed him he was on private property and he got cocky and said the sewers was “city property”. When I pulled in to my mothers drive way she informed me how this man had been rude to her and was acting suspicious and that he was driving up and down thier dead end street multiple times — therefore I flagged him down and confronted him myself and asked him if he needed help with finding anything and why he was being rude to my mother — he told me he knew where the sewer was so I asked him why he was wondering around private property and he contradicted himself and said he was TRYING to find the sewer and how there was “two.” sewers. I asked him which was it? He knew where the sewer was or he didn’t and was trying to find it. I realized dollar general Ron Weasley here wasn’t worth the argument and he of course began spinning his truck tires when I started walking away and when he noticed I was recording him he stopped. My elderly father contacted his supervisor who took the drivers side and told my father that they had our neighbors permission to be on her property but when my mother contacted our neighbor she stated they did not have permission to be anywhere on her actual land and that she had a camera and would be contacting them herself and making sure nothing was stolen on her property. If you’re not doing something questionable you typically don’t immediately get hateful. and I do believe he continued driving up and down my parents dead end street just to cause trouble. You have access to the sewer not peoples property.
Lost 6 thousand dollars because I didn’t pay attention to each transaction when it was automatically taken out over a couple of months. They told me they can only go back 3 months of bills and told me the reason the kept charging that is because I kept paying! Sounds like theft over 6 thousand dollars to me. One of the many scams that Kingsport has to offer
I had to contact customer service about a billing issue. 4/11 9:30 AM. A mistake had been made, and my bill was double-paid. The customer service rep was immediately rude, impatient, and completely condescending and patronizing. The representative could scarcely veil her extreme irritation that I would trouble her with an actual question. She was aggravated from the moment she answered the phone. I will never trouble your customer “service” haha department again. I was made feel like a total idiot, and I most certainly am not. I just wanted to figure out an issue. Terrible experience.
Garbage!! Never actually read meters and sometimes overcharge for services! One time they claimed we went through 40,000 gallons and our average is about 3000-4000 a month!
Attempted to get an account number, just so I could pay a bill. Was denied the account number and then i asked for them to reprint another bill and was told that was not an option. Was talked down to by the rep of Jessica that would not provide a rep ID or full name to do proper feedback. She had no empathy !
Driver of truck 2164 driving down Lincoln street playing on his phone texting, and not paying attention. Pretty unprofessional, and dangerous.
